The President of ECR ​​Solar, architect Enrique César Rodríguez, has designed a commercial and logistics center with bioclimatic architecture and renewable energy in the city of Tandil. The project includes an estimated 1500 m² covered area and an investment of 25 million US Dollars. The work includes a or Shooping Mall, Logistics Center for vehicles, electric vehicle charging station and Hotel. The location is on Route 226, in the city of Tandil, in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The novelty of this project is the bio-environmental design with bioclimatic architecture and renewable energy for the entire building complex, ie: Solar thermal, solar photovoltaic, wind, charging station for electric vehicles, logistics center and truck transport. Aiming at protecting the environment, creating sustainability with the use of materials, equipment, renewable energy, rational use of water, using rainwater for toilets, cisterns, wash, etc .; besides recycling and garbage sectorization.

This type of construction, are not new to ECR Solar, as the architect Enrique C.
