Sanan Optoelectronics said the company intended to apply for a non- public offering A shares on May 2013， which is not more than 20,860 shares, the total funds raised is not more than 3.3 billion yuan , funds are mainly used Wuhu ( real estate ) Optical industrialization ( two ) projects . Wuhu Optical industrialization ( two ) projects will be based on a project to expand the blue, green chip production scale. Sanan Optoelectronics said that after the project is completed , annual production of LED epitaxial wafers will 1,223,000 , annual production of blue, green chip will be 2561.4 million.
